Michael Chang is a recurring character in the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. He is the bass and backing vocals in the band Mouse Rat. He is portrayed by Alan Yang.
In high school, he tried to get the International Olympic Committee to make trampolining an official Olympic sport. After failing, he gave up trampolining to play in a band with his high school buddy, Andy Dwyer. The first band they were in together was The Dizzy Dames. After that, their band was called The Dizzy Fellas.
