Katie Dippold is a co-producer and one of 16 staff writers for the NBC television series Parks and Recreation. She joined the staff during the second season of the show, when, in 2009, Dippold’s manager sent an original pilot script of hers to “Parks” show-runner Michael Schur, who responded with a job offer. She earned a degree from Rutgers in journalism. To date, she has written seven aired episodes, including "Beauty Pageant", "The Set Up", "Summer Catalog", "Indianapolis", "April and Andy's Fancy Party", "Meet N Greet", and "Bowling for Votes".
