Marci is a guest character in the second season of the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. She is a librarian at the Pawnee Public Library.

In the episode "Sweetums", Leslie Knope and Ann Perkins come to the library to check out all films related to Sweetums. Leslie wants to sneak the movies out, but Ann tells her to just check them out. When they approach the front counter, Marci condescendingly asks Leslie if the Parks Department "finally taught you people how to read". Leslie responds by telling her she's "pretty cocky for someone whose job is obsolete because of the Internet". When she runs Leslie's card, she loudly announces Leslie has a $40 late fee for a book called Mysteries of the Female Orgasm. Leslie responds by grabbing the movies and running, yelling "punk-ass book jockeys" as she runs out the door.
