Kevin is a guest character in the fourth season of the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. He is a worker at the Hompherman Snow Globe Museum.

In "Operation Ann", Ben Wyatt asks Kevin if Leslie Knope left a clue for a scavenger hunt at the museum. Kevin comments that Leslie said he'd be there by noon and that he's "not doing so good". He tells Ben the clue is under one of the snow globes --- "but which one?" he asks Ben. Obviously bored while working the late shift on Valentine's Day, Kevin enjoys watching Ben scramble around, trying to find the clue, and refuses to help him, saying "that would take all the fun out of it".
