Evelyn Roushland is a mayoral representative who asks Leslie Knope to form a task force after Fairway Frank bites Mayor Gunderson's dog at the public golf course.
After Leslie and her team successfully capture the possum, Evelyn tells Leslie to call her the next time she needs a favor from the mayor.
This, however is short-lived when Leslie discovers a second possum, and unsure she captured Fairway Frank, she hides the possum at Ann’s house, until she can decide what to do with it.
Ultimately, the possum gets put on display at the Pawnee Zoo, and Evelyn takes away her business card from Leslie because she refused to tell Evelyn where she hid the possum.
